A Letter From the Pastor
What a privilege it is to be
the Senior Pastor of an exciting, growing ,spirit-filled
church!
Late in the year of 1949, a small group of people gathered
together in prayer meetings. By 1950, that small group of
prayer warriors felt that God was leading them to establish a
full gospel church and they elected their first pastor.
Since that time, the church has gone through many
transformations. In 1987 this church's present sanctuary
(which seats over 700 people) was dedicated to the Lord.
We have made it our mission to develop a variety of programs to
meet the contemporary needs of today's culture. Our goal
is that no one is left behind; whether it be children, singles,
youth, college age students, or senior adults. You will
discover that there are anointed ministries that are equipped to
help you grow and find your place in the body of Christ.
If there is one word that sums up the heart of this great
church, it is "passion". Passion that is felt in our
worship services as people joyfully reach out to honor and
glorify the risen Savior. Passion for the lost to be
reconciled to God. passion to grow and become all that God
wants us to be. Passion to see the many hurting and broken
people of our world restored into the image of God.
We hope you will feel free to join us for a worship service; whether
you are new to the are, in the military, or just looking for a fresh
start and a new beginning. It's our desire to become an
extended family to you. If you have any questions, please feel
free to contact the church office.
In Christ's Loving Service,
Pastor Bruce Craig |
